What you can expect
Website use
You may use this website for lawful personal or business purposes related to vehicle transportation. You may not interfere with website operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, misuse content, or use automated systems in a manner that harms the website or its users.
Quotes and availability
Website quotes and preliminary estimates are not guarantees of final carrier price, pickup date, delivery date, or availability unless expressly confirmed in a written shipment agreement. Pricing can change with route details, vehicle specifications, operability, equipment, timing, market demand, fuel costs, and carrier availability.
Transportation coordination and carriers
Vehicle transportation may be performed by independent motor carriers. The assigned carrier controls the physical loading, transportation, routing, and delivery of the vehicle, subject to applicable law and the carrier’s bill of lading. Review carrier identity, authority, insurance information, and shipment documents before pickup.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for accurate shipment and vehicle information; legal ownership or authority to ship; safe pickup and delivery access; removing prohibited, valuable, or unsecured property; disclosing modifications and inoperable condition; providing keys; and inspecting the vehicle at pickup and delivery.
Timing and delivery
Pickup and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Weather, traffic, road closures, mechanical issues, other scheduled stops, customer availability, and legal driving limits can affect timing.
Vehicle condition, insurance, and claims
Condition should be recorded on the carrier’s bill of lading at pickup and checked again before signing at delivery. Cargo coverage is generally provided under the assigned carrier’s policy and is subject to its limits and exclusions. Any loss or damage should be noted immediately and reported according to the carrier’s claim procedure.
Payments, changes, and cancellations
Charges, deposits, accepted payment methods, cancellation terms, refund eligibility, rescheduling, and additional fees must be stated in the applicable quote or shipment agreement. Review those terms before authorizing service or payment.
Website content and disclaimers
We aim to keep website information useful and current, but do not warrant that all content is error-free or continuously available. Educational content is general information and does not replace the shipment agreement, carrier documents, insurance policy, or professional advice.
Limitation and governing terms
Any limitations of liability, dispute procedures, governing law, venue, or arbitration obligations should be stated in the shipment-specific agreement presented before booking. Nothing in these website terms excludes rights that cannot legally be waived.
Changes and contact
We may revise these terms and will update the effective date when changes are posted. Questions may be sent to info@bestautoship.com or raised by calling (916) 234-5825.
